Adidas Strength+: A High-Intensity Workout
Adidas Strength+ is designed to build strength, endurance, mobility, and stamina.
A typical session lasts 50 minutes and includes:
- Warm-up
- Workout Introduction
- Workout 1: Conditioning Routine
- Workout 2: Core Workout
- Cool Down
Burn up to 400 calories in each session.
This session is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts, with no prior gym experience needed. All required equipment, including weights, is provided at the center.
