The S&C/ HRX classes are designed in a way where we train the entire body for Strength & conditioning and Hypertrophy (muscle building) respectively and will have overall less impact on Absolute strength on certain Lifts.

In lift, we focus on compound movements to enhance an individual's performance by the end of the program - this includes maximum weight, better posture, improved techniques etc

These sessions also aim to provide more personalisation to help reach the strength goals.
