The Bootcamp program is designed for weight loss which has a calorie deficit and progressive workouts which may not be right for you if you are expecting a child. The reason is, pregnancy requires a calorie surplus and workouts that are specifically designed to help in child development and delivery. Our program might not be the right fit for those expectations.
Post-partum, the body still needs a calorie-surplus diet that can help with lactation. Hence, it is advised to consider any weight loss programs including Cult-Bootcamp only after 6 months postpartum. This is ideal because, by the 6th month the child will be started with complementary feeding and the child's dependency on breast milk will be reduced and the mother can gradually move into a new routine.
Can I join the program if I am Pregnant/Postpartum?
