You can initiate an exchange/return of the product directly from the website or the app.


To initiate an exchange from the website, follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Log into your account using the registered mobile number or e-mail ID.

2. Click on theicon and then the ‘Orders’ section.

3. Click on the ‘View Order Details’ for the order that you wish to Exchange/Return.

4. Select the ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange” tab.

5A. If you wish to exchange, click on ‘'Exchange’, select the appropriate 'reason for exchange' and submit.



5B: If you wish to return, click on 'Return', select the appropriate 'reason for return' and submit.



You can also exchange/return order from the app by following the steps stated below:


1. Log into the cult app and tap on the profile section. 

2. Go to 'Orders'.

3. Tap the order which you wish to Exchange/Return. 

4. Click on the 'Exchange/Return' button.

5. Scroll down to ‘What Do you prefer?’ - Replacement or Return. 

6A: If you wish to exchange, click 'Replacement', select the appropriate 'reason to replace' and submit. If you want a different size, click on 'Replacement' with the altered size.

6B: If you wish to return, click on 'Return', select the appropriate 'reason for return' and submit.
